This program has been developed in a cooperation between the Max-Planck-Institute for Informatics and Saarland University, both situated in Saarbrücken, Germany.

Please cite BiQ Analyzer when you used the program for quality control and diagram generation, in order to point out that certain quality control steps were performed in a standardized manner.

We encourage that you make your raw DNA methylation results available to the public, usually on publication of the paper. To facilitate this, BiQ Analyzer generates output that is compatible with MethDB. This feature has been implemented with the help of Christoph Grunau.

If you have any questions, suggestions, criticism, etc., please feel free to contact Christoph Bock.
